Problema: A skilled technician is hard to find. It is difficult to train an unskilled technician to know what to test, and what to look for during move, add and change projects, and troubleshooting as access network configuration changes with client location.
OneTouch AT’s AutoTest feature covers connectivity and performance of the access network allowing standardization of validation procedure, empowering the field team to be more productive as it ensures better understanding of network connectivity/performance after deployment and during troubleshooting. Ease of documentation of test results on Link-Live facilitates better communication between the field team and engineers/project managers off site, and reduces time to resolution as failure information is better known.
Problema: Some user at a site complains that “the Wi-Fi Network is slow” at one part of the office. One of the problems can be co-channel interference created by having too many access points on a channel.
OneTouch AT makes this task easy with full analysis of the Wi-Fi radio frequency health to detect, locate and resolve the problem.
Problema: Some user at a site complains that “the Wi-Fi Network sometime is slow”: video stream halt, SKYPE call got choppy. Devices that transmit non-802.11 signal at the same frequency as WiFi devices can hog bandwidth and caused retransmission.
OneTouch AT has a special antenna that could detect, identify and locate these devices.
Problema: Having the ability to test the Wi-Fi and wired network together for a full path analysis is challenging to do. Since somewhere the wireless network connects to the wired network, performance testing of both networks is often overlooked.
OneTouch is the only tool in the industry that can simultaneously test the wireless and wired network together so you can see the end-to-end performance.

You can attach a Kensington security cable to physically secure the analyzer. The Kensington security slot is on the back of the analyzer.
The removable battery pack can be replaced.
The shortcut bar's background is black until AutoTest completes. When AutoTest completes the shortcut bar's background turns green if all tests pass, or red is any test fails.
Status da bateria
The indicator is green when the battery’s charge is 20% or more and turns red when the charge falls below 20%. When red, connect the ac adapter to avoid running out of power.
